Note: From Terry and Grandma. Brian's pick for favorite brownie recipe. Not a big fan of fudge and rich chocolate, he likes this version because the chocolate flavor is more subtle.
2 cups sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1 cup Wesson oil
Cream these. Then add:
4 eggs
1-1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
chopped pecans
Pour into greased and floured 9 X 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
