Note: Terry gave this to me. She made it for the youth at her church for many years. She now likes to make it with Jacob and Abbie. I was very impressed at how soft and pliable it is. I agree with her that it is so much better than Play-Do from the store.
1 cup flour
1/2 cup salt
1 cup water
1 T. oil
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1. Stir together.
2. Heat until it forms a ball.
3. Remove from pan and work with hands to obtain color.
*Double amount for pre-school.
