Potato Soup

Note: Frequently served in our house when the weather is cold or when I need to use up some potatoes and onions.

Potatoes, peeled and cut into small cubes
Onion, chopped
Salt

Place in saucepan with enough water to cover halfway. Boil until potatoes are tender. Pour in generous amount of milk. Heat over medium heat to boiling point, but do not boil. Watch carefully, as it will boil over easily and scorch easily! Add garlic salt, generous amount of pepper, and small amount of margarine. Thicken with a mixture of milk and flour.
