Note: What could be more appetizing than a candy roll that looks like one giant turd? Ah, but it tastes so good. Also one of Mom's favorite Christmas candies.
1/2 C margarine (1 cube)
2 squares unsweetened chocolate (2 oz total)
Melt together and cool.
Add:
1-1/2 C powdered sugar
1 beaten egg
1 C chopped nuts
4 C miniature marshmallows (Mom always uses colored marshmallows.)
Mix together. Put on Saran wrap and form a roll. Put in refrigerator or freezer until hard.
