Note: Bethany hooked me on these. She kept telling me about these delicious cookies that Grandma makes. She was right. It amazed me how easy they are. I keep the ingredients on hand in case I need a quick cookie recipe on short notice. I often substitute other cake mixes. Lemon and strawberry are our favorites for sure.
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 pkg cake mix, any kind
1 tsp vanilla (optional)
Mix all ingredients. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 8 to 10 minutes.
